Netflix debuts set top player. About friggin' time. :)

While perusing the Ars Technica RSS feed, I ran into the above article. It's an exciting new time, in my opinion.
My wife and have have recently been considering the savings of not having cable or land-line phone. Just Internet. At about $90/month savings, I could get this box in the first month and stream me some TV and movie shows right from the 'net. It'd be a good coupling with the standard "wait a whole day for a new movie" setup from Netflix (it's a good setup, IMHO). So, this maybe just the step we needed.
Still, waiting a little bit to see initial reviews is a worthwhile pause. Let's see how she goes.
